Yes, easily. My build is pretty similar and I get about 80 fps on high settings in multiplayer @ 1080p.

how many frames on ultra?


A little over 50 on average, but I sometimes get annoying fps drops if I use ultra. This is probably because BF4 has really, really bad optimization.
