I would Definitely go with the second link. It's a newer chipset and the only one (that you listed) that supports SLI.

the Asrock 100%, absoultely, without a doubt. it uses the new chipset, the 990fx. you do not want anything related to the old 970 cihpset.
with that being said, asus is my preferred brand of motherboard.
so check out their M5a99fx, and if that's not too much more than the asrock, buy it!
