Hi guys, so im getting random Freezes in Elder scrolls online that last for a few seconds and then stop, during this time, the GPU usage drops to 0%.

my specs are

Noctua NH-D14 Dual Radiator x6 Heat
Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus, Black M
650W Corsair Enthusiast Series 650T
1TB Seagate ST1000DM003 Barracuda 7
8GB (2x4GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance
Zotac GTX 780 AMP!
Intel Core i5 4670K, S 1150, Haswel
Asus Z87-PRO, Intel Z87, S 1150, DD
Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD±RW Writer 24x

Now I know that it isnt my GPU, because I just replaced my old GPU with this one (and the old one did the same thing)

My CPU temp during gaming is about 40 degrees and GPU temp is about 54ish can vary (ESO is a bit buggy with GPU's atm.. at least in my experience, it doesnt seem to utilise the GPU properly)

During gaming my CPU usage and RAM usage is at about 50%. Not sure if its just the game causing this? havnt tried it with other games. Your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys :)

Thanks for keeping up with the thread Hitech, I Reinstalled windows completely, and my system seems much better in general (I was having problems with dodgy drivers and such before, resulting in BSOD) However the freezign still occurs, although it does not seem as often.

However: There is a new patch in ESO today and in the patch notes it says;

"Fixed an issue that would cause your screen to occasionally freeze and cause unwarranted CPU usage."

So, fingers crossed this has solved the problem :) will have to wait and see when the servers come back on though
