This problem has been occurring the past 5 days. The PC gave me en error that the CPU was overheating, so I bought a new fan and replace it. The temp is around 30 C, which is great. Now, I ran a test for my RAM and HDD/SDD to see if they had any problem but they are working 100% fine with not errors. I ran the anti virus Malwarebytes and not virus was detected. The problem is that whenever I click at something, open a website, open a program, click next, back, the PC freezes entirely, not letting me move even the cursor. I also ran a program called, Reginout and it detected some registry files corrupted so it fixed them. Today, the problem is a little different. The PC doesn't freezes entirely like before, but only freezes any program I tried to open. Before I couldn't even move the cursor, now I can't open programs when it freezes, but I can click at anything else. Also, the PC has been running slow the past 5 days. I haven;t got any error and everything seems to be working fine, except for the freezing and slowly thing.

My PC specs:
Intel i7
Asus Z87
RAM 16GB
GTX 770
HDD 2TB
SSD 500GB

this is a super long shot once i had the same sort of thing happening click anything and system freezes.. my instance was caused by a bunked mouse button sticking.
the middle mouse wheel click to be exact the system would act unresponsive not allowing me to click between windows or select anything

but in my instance the keyboard would still work.
