I live in Missouri and it gets to about 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit every day starting in May but it's been pretty hot all this month, and my AC is out in my house so my rig is kind of frying with the two 92mm fans I have.

I would probably go with the 450D. You might want to look at Coolermaster's HAF line as well.

Yeah, 450D. It's got the most intake, and that's what you'll need the most. The best you can do is keep the inside of your case the same temperature as the surrounding air, so the more fresh air (i.e. intake), the better. The 450D has 140mm x2, which is 280mm of intake. The next best contender in the options you posted have only 200mm of intake. I know this is a slightly crude way to look at it, but you'll nonetheless benefit from good intake. You may even want to consider setting up an all-in-one cooler as an intake from the top. People say bad things about this, but think about it. If the air in your case is hotter than the air outside, you'll get better cooling by cooling your radiator with cooler air than hotter air - basic. The counterpoint of taking hot air into your case doesn't matter much in the 450D because the hot air gets placed directly in front of the rear exhaust fan, which blows nearly all of it out nearly as soon as it enters. The front intake will provide enough to cool your video cards, so that will be good. In the end, though, just try checking your temperatures with the fans in different configurations. Simply flipping my radiator fans from exhaust to intake reduced my CPU temp by 20c because the outside air was that much cooler than the air in my case. Will it be for you? Perhaps. If the summer gets up to the 100-degree range in open air, there's a good change it will be baking inside that computer case. Give it a shot and see what happens.

If you had to chose would you go with a CM HAF X or a 450D? I looked into the HAF X as Logain suggested and it looks to be almost perfect.

I have the 932 advanced, and it has been great. I live in Southern IL myself. :)

Honestly, the CM HAF X (even though not as pretty as the 450D) would probably serve your video cards a little better. That side intake fan is pretty key. Either way, I would still suggest trying the fan configurations I mentioned above.

Another good high air flow option is the Corsiar 540 (click for link). It totally takes the drive cages out of the way AND has the benefit of having two front intake fans. Pretty solid option, plus it looks pretty sweet.
