Guys... that's a locked processor. The only way you could overclock it if through the BLCK frequency, but that carries large dangers of frying motherboard ports.
It has nothing to do with the motherboard in particular, it's just a locked processor.
As for the OP, Intel has certain limitations on overclockable parts - the CPU has to have a "k" at the end, and the motherboard has to have the "z" chipset.
