Can you OC timings w/ freq on RAM?

Solution
PC3-15000 (1866MHz)
10-11-10-30
PC3-12800 (1600MHz)
9-9-9-24
your ram can run at those two states.. xmp will set 1866mhz 10-11-10-30. aparently 1866mhz cl9 was a misinformation. you could use manual setting and blend the timings i suppose but you will probably run into stability issues. i would stick with xmp settings. anyway there isnt much of a difference between these two profiles.!in everyday use and gaming expect roughly the same performance

It's on an AMD system and mobo is 1866 and 2133 only. Though they say it can run on AMD chipsets (Patriot, not retailer). It was an alright deal though. I'll be sure to put this in the review.
Thanks.

'' mobo is 1866 and 2133 only'' there isnt such thing.you can run 1333mhz or even 1600mhz with your ram with lowered timings. what is your setup?

4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 2133(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz ECC, Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory
you have a very nice mobo. you can config everything through bios. with your cpu and ram 1866mhz cl10 is a nice fit and you should stick to that.
