Hello Irish 25!

That's quite a nice build! And yes, a 850w PSU is more than enough for the system.

I would get 1600mhz RAM or higher instead of 1333mhz though!

You can maximize the performance and snappiness of the build by having a SSD for windows boot and heaviest/main programs and then have a cheap 1TB hard drive, to store videos, photos, games, you name it.

128GB is more than good enough for the average user, you could get a 120GB version from Crucial, the M500.

Or a slightly more expensive, but faster, Samsung 840 EVO 128GB.

I could help more if I new what you plan on using it on and your budget. Of the bat, your ram cards should be faster, around 2133mhz at least to match the high end nature of your rig.

Yes that psu is more than enough for your build.
Unless you get 2 graphics cards, 600w will be plenty.
Also, i'd advise against a seagate hdd, and get some Corsair 1.5v 1866 2x4 ram sticks.
