The case in this build has decent airflow and NH-D14 would allow you to crazy OC

Looks really solid. I recommend the following:

Get the non-K series CPU unless you are going to overclock, in which case you should get an aftermarket CPU cooler.
2x4gb RAM is faster than 1x8gb - G-Skill is a good brand though.
SSD - Samsungs are good, but FYI you can get 240GB good SSD for the 120$ price point. Crucial M500 240 is around 115$ on amazon atm.
That PSU is not good, here is a better 750 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750snlb9
No comment on peripherals, those are really a matter of preference. I have the G500 mouse and it's great.

Don't get CX PSU it uses cheap capacitor and it;s not good for high end build.

+1 for the PSU and SSD recommendations.

Crucial M500 is nearly as fast as the Samsung EVO series. Both are fantastic and I have an EVO but the Crucial was my #2 choice when deciding to purchase. You won't be disappointed in either of tthese changes. :)

4770k is way better for 3d modeling, photo/video editing and OC'ing might give you up to 25% performance boost in video editing :)

For games it doesn't matter. For video editing and rendering, the i7 is best option. You really can't go wrong with either - Haswell and Ivy are smoking fast.

Edit : I missed the 8350 - that's the slowest of the 3 CPUs.
