From Ethernet to wireless router

I am trying to setup Modem>10 Port Switch>10 Ethernet ports>wireless router. All 10 Ethernet Port has internet but when I connect wireless router to one of the Ethernet port, router does not do anything, I am guessing I.P of switch and router are conflicting.. Any idea..

It needs to be:
Modem -> router -> 10 port switch -> devices.

The modem serves up one an only one IP address, in this case to the router. The router then serves up multiple internal IP addresses to all the devices.
