Enough Watts for New Build

Will I have enough watts, if I use a 430W psu(Corsair CX series CX430), with these pc specs:
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Graphic Card: ATI Radeon HD 5450 but i may upgrade to a Radeon 7990
Ram: 16GB
CPU: AMD FX 8-Core Black Edition FX-8150
1TB hard drive
and 1 or 2 12cm fans

ya you should have enough but cx series are not that good so i would recommend to get something better in 500w area

EDIT: oops sorry did see the part that you will be upgraded to 7990 and like deemo13 said 430 is no where near enough for 7990
