I useWindows 8.1 and have it set to logon automatically straight to the desktop. After restarting, my system now boots up, lands on the account screen, than the account image shortly blinks on and of and all actions stop there. I get a blue screen with date and time that I can click away revealing the account screen with nothing more than the Ease of acces and Power off button, that don't work. What to do?

I have not changed anything by my knowledge, I make a habit out of staying away from fiddling with 8.1. Strangely enough, fot some reason two days ago suddenly a touchscreen keyboard appeared on my screen when I started the system. Something that was not there before. The only thing I tried was activating .Net framework 3.5 since a game seemed to need it. But Windows seemed to fail at finding the needed files and got hung up, so I terminated the action and restarted the system after which the trouble began. Somehow I am not even able to boot up in safemode or get the repair screen. All it does is: Boot up >>> Windows logo >>> Black screen >>> (broken) Logon screen >>> Time and date screen...
