Motherboard Replacement Question

is a compatible replacement for the current on in my computer:

The reason i ask is because the one i want to buy, the gigabyte one, has a 125w tdp while the one currently in my pc is only 95w.

    Double check your HP case to see you can remove the back I/O panel from the case, like this one http://azsurplus.com/images/io_133307_1.JPG If you can't forget about it. If you can then they fit because both of them are same size 9.6" x 9.6".
    Because when you look at those picture ( back I/O ports) , you can see the different between the two MB.
