You might be able to on maybe medium to high settings, depending on the game. You just have to get it and mess around to see what fits it best.

The guy that work at wireless 1 he offered me a ASUS F550CC-XO069H Refurbished LAPTOP FOR $699 was not sure if i should go for it or save up get a alienware

Alienware is overated by a long shot, to be honest. I'd say that looks like it could handle some games.
