Some games make my PC reboot for no reason.

Hello guys. I've been doing some research on what can cause my PC to reboot while gaming and usually the problem is overheating. The issue here is that my computer doesn't overheat at all, it just reboots after a few minutes of playing the game (Dark Souls 2). It happened to me before when I played Planetside 2.
Specs:
i5-4670k 3.40GHz
8 GB RAM
R9 280X
Corsair VS550 550W

Some people told me that maybe my PSU is failing and not giving enough power to my system. I'll change it this weekend for something more powerful but I still don't understand why. Lets say Planetside 2 is a very CPU demanding game, fine, I play Dayz Standalone which is as demanding as PS2 and it doesn't make my PC reboot. Graphics card? I think mine is good enough to run almost every game right now.
What do you guys think about it?

That doesn't sound right. The GPU should be up near 70c under full load and the CPU should be near 60 under full load.

Use a CPU burn too like Prime95 for CPU temps and a benchmark like Unigine Heaven on all max settings for the GPU.

If heat is not the problem, I'm definitely calling PSU.

Sorry I didn't get it right the first time, under FULL load, it goes up to 50-60ºC. But there is not a single game that causes this at the moment, maybe Witcher 2 because of the graphics demand, but nothing else.
