This motherboard for some reason won't display anything, everything looks like it's working fine when you power it on but then the power and reset switch won't work even the ones on the motherboard it's self, it's paired with a brand new A10-7700k CPU and a GTX 770, when we try to connect a display we get nothing not even the bios menu, I even took out the GTX 770 and tried the inboard GPU and still nothing, can someone please help me out

Solution
If it started up before the new hardware was installed, try this:

You should start by benching the rig, remove all the hardware from mobo (except cpu, and ram) and try starting up.
If it does start, add the components one by one till all are installed, restarting after each part is added.
If it doesn't I would try resetting the CMOS and re-trying.
If the build is older, I would also give it a thorough cleaning.

If the new hardware was installed and then this happened, there is a compatibility issue with the new CPU or GPU.

It happens, not often but it happens!
I had a similar issue a while back, for some reason the CMOS got corrupted and the PC wouldn't start. I had to rear it down completely and rebuild for it to start again. Lucky for me it finally worked. I even ended up re-flashing the BIOS with the version that was installed to get it back to a completely normal running state.

Glad I could help!

Do you have beep signals when you try to turn it ON while the RAM sticks are removed?

The motherboard started having problems for me too recently, is it installed in your case? what happened for me was the front panel connectors were messing with my motherboard, so I only connected the power switch and not it's working fine, give that a try!
