Budget is $2000 straight on the PC. Not worried about the monitor, keyboard and the mouse.

This is what I got so far...
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3xY8G

As you can see I am missing cpu cooler and motherboard.
Have no clue and I want to use a good but decent price cpu cooler and thanks
Add anything else that you think that can fit my budget.

The Storm Stryker, and I went with 780 Ti because it'll run about anything on ultra, and is slightly future proofed.

Looks better with a windowed case. The noctua is also a good cooler.
