Intel® Core™ i5-4570 Processor
(6M Cache, up to 3.60 GHz) is this processor worth if i buy it for modern gaming?is there obvious difference between 6600 & this..this cost me 27000lkr.(207.6$)..will i be able to use this processor for gaming for at least 3years?

No, but you have a locked processor anyway so you cant overclock. To overclock you need a 'k' series cpu e.g. i5-4670k and a z87 motherboard.

660 ti is a good gpu, but depending on the pricing you could get a new gpu. That motherboard and ram is good, but try get 2x4gb kit for dual channel (although this is only ~1-2% performance difference)

G.Skill and corsair are both solid ram brands. As long as the gpu is in good condition (working, not broken etc) it will be fine to buy second hand.
