Should I return my TN panel for a IPS panel for more cost?

Solution

if you are doing edditing and looking at photos etc then yes i would suggest a ips like the asus vx279Q i own 2 of them and 1 vh model i think it is cant check tm cos at work.

and for gaming ips is really good too but you need to look for good response time 5ms or less like the vx279Q it has 5ms and i have noticed no ghosting or anything its a great monitor.

there is nothing wrong with tn as i have used mine for...

there is nothing wrong with tn as i have used mine for 2 years and its a great monitor loved it but once you compare it to a ips you will never go back.

unless you want 120/144hz 1ms monitors for gaming.

Nope. I don't do competitive gaming, just casually and maybe hardcore once in a while, but not like serious like the BenQ monitors. I bought the IPS, because I'm geting more into video editing photo stuff. Thank you!
