Please someone help me??? I have contacted Verizon twice and they tell me it's a laptop issue. They've accessed my computer and checked and rechecked.... I can connect to my router/modem but when I open Firefox or Explorer it constantly says "connecting" but never connects to the Internet. My wireless is on.... and I traveled this past weekend and was able to connect wirelessly to my cousin's internet with no problems. Weird huh?!

I have downloaded drivers, rebooted, and checked everything I've read.....reset things via the command prompt (flushed something), Verizon took control and checked everything, again, they say it's my computer that has the problem.

I've tried restoring to when it did work, but that didn't work. I'm at my wit's end and hate being tied to a cable ....Please help????

Go into the wireless network list and remove your wifi connection (will say something like "forget" the connection). Go online to the laptop vendor support page and check for a BIOS and a wifi driver update for your model. Install those.

Reboot your router. Try to connect to the wireless and see if things work.
