windows will not load after uninstalling McAfee

After uninstalling McAfee windows will not load it gets to the picture of the window screen and then just sit there any ideas? it will give an error message after trying to load form last know good configuration that says an external device was removed but there was not one ever plugged into the laptop

try to get into windows via safe mode and restore your system using system restore to a point where it was working ,
then i would try uninstalling mcaffe with revo uninstaller , it will remove all remnants

it doesn't like safe mode either it goes through, Loaded:\windows\system32\drivers\ blaa blaa blaa and stops at \CLASSPNP.sys on a black screen and says please wait at the bottom I think it will sit here for days if I let it :( is there anything in the Bios set up that could be changed to make this thing recover, problem is my daughter got the laptop form her dad and of course he can not find any disc that came with the pc, none of the options from F8 on start up work safe mode, repair etc.
