So this is a weird issue. I have no idea whats going on. I overclocked my amd fx6300 to 3.7ghz. If I unclock it to 3.5ghz youtube and netflix both stop working. Along with a whole bunch of other programs. Im more so confused then anything else. If I put it back to 3.7ghz it immediatly works perfectly again.

If you are messing around with AMD Overdrive don't. Overclock your cpu in the BIOS.

So while your idea was great. My computer scoffs at your ignorance. Went into the bios. Reset all settings to default. Computer refused to start up until I put the overclock settings back on. The plot thickens.

No idea what that means. I have it back up and running at 3.5ghz now though. I really am pretty clueless as to what I did to make it run at 3.5ghz. When I had the bios open apparently I had an overclock setting saved rather then a normal one as my default. I loaded that and opened AMD overdrive when my computer turned on. It said it was running at 3.8ghz but apparently it had just turned on turbo core control. Disabled that and I was back at 3.5ghz and running fine without any issues. Still a bit confused but happy its at 3.5ghz and running fine.
