if you have a 1080p monitor, you cant change the resolution to 2160p, you would have to add more pixels (get a 4k monitor) and i dont really think a 7770 2gb would be sufficient enough for 4k resolutions

i was unaware that you had a 4k panel, there should be some buttons on the monitor somewhere that allow you to open some sort of menu, im kind of unfamilliar with AMD catalyst control center, but you could open that up and look for an option to change resolution. or you could just open your user manual for the monitor.

I think so. I'm using the HDMI output on it.

I entered in the proper information into regedit and it still doesn't show 2160p anywhere.
