Hello, I was wanting to get an Asus p5g41-m lx2\gb motherboard and I was wondering if I can use to overclock a Intel core 2 quad. Also I was wondering if this motherboard would fit in my dello vostro 200 minitower. I think both motherboards are micro atx form factors.

As long as the c2q has the FBS 800, 1066, or 1333mhz and the aftermarket cooler, you may oc the c2q, but as I know you can't remove the back I/O panel from dell vostro 200 minitower. It looks like this http://azsurplus.com/images/io_133307_1.JPG so it can't fit.

yes, they are the same, just different names.
You can't remove those I/O's at the back of the case. It would fit the case if you could.
