Hi everyone
First time poster and I am just wondering would I be able to link 3 23xi monitors to a graphics card, not so I can use surround gaming but so I can just use them for different things simultaneously.
I might just use two instead which means I could use the DVI-D cable I have twice right?
Even though one port on the gtx 780 Ti is a DVI-I port. Will that affect anything?
Do I need an adapter and if so what adapter do you recommend?
Thanks

you can use three screens to one card firstly, and you can use them for surround gaming, by this I think you mean a larger FOV, It won't be stretched.

You can use each screen for different things also, you can launch a game on one, then do different things on the others.

Use a different port for a different screen, don't use the same output for two screens otherwise they will do the same thing.

I recommend these cables;

DVI-DVI

DVI-DVI

HDMI-HDMI/DVI

All possible connections are good, though not VGA, on the monitor, best to use HDMI (Sound and video) or just DVI (just video).
