I have a problem that has stumped me for some time. Heres the short version of the problem:
I map keyboard keys to my game controller buttons. I sucessfully map game actions to those buttons in the game's options screen. However, when the game is running it wont recognise the buttion presses for specific actions. Most mapped actions work, others dont.
Why would the game recognise the button press in the options but not while the game is running? My suspicion is its something horribly complicated like the process for the keyboard is conflicting with gamepads or something.
