Computer Boots fine LED fans turn on and off?

Well the computer boots fine, but I've noticed that my LED fans and my exhaust fan turn off and on. The only fans that stay on are my CPU_OPT\CPU_Fan. The CHA_Fan 1,3,4 cut off randomly and then back on any ideas?

Computer boots fine. Only thing I did different was plug in a GTX 650 TI on a splitter, and used the same power port as the LED power for the front fans and the LED lights for the power on button on the case. I'm lost...

I'm going to assume here that by hooking up the GPU Power to the splitter that was also hooked to my CHA_Fan 2 it partially fried the circuit I dunno. The PSU seems fine everything seems fine except 3 CHA_Fan 1,2,3. The CPU_Fan and CPU_OPT Connected to my Mobo work just fine. I'm an idiot. Hope this no Hassle Claim from Tiger direct allows me to exchange lol
