What driver did you install? Did you install 13-12_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe? If not, the driver can be found in the AMD site. Download and install the driver:
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/13-12_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe

If you have a current driver installed on your PC, remove it first by using this uninstaller utility from AMD:
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/amdcleanuputility.exe
Instructions on how to use this utility:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

If the problem occur, try installing the driver in SAFE MODE.

Can you check the Device Manager if your card is being detected? Can you send me a screenshot of the Hardware IDs of these:
1. Device Manager
- Open Device Manager
- Click View -> Show Hidden Devices
- Expand Display Adapters and Other Devices category
- Provide a screenshot of these devices

2. On the Display Adapters
- Expand 'Display Adpaters' Category
- Right click the Radeon HD 6670, on popup menu select Properties
- On popup window, click the Details Tab
- On Details Tab, click the dropdown box, select Hardware ID and provide a screenshot.

3. Other Devices category
- If there is a device with a yellow ! mark, right click on it, on popup menu select Properties
- On popup window, click the Details Tab
- On Details Tab, click the dropdown box, select Hardware ID and provide a screenshot.
