Wifi issue on Laptops running on same wifi network

First of all, apologies because i don't know where else to post this...

However since this community has been really helpful to me, i thought i should post it here..

I own a Wifi connectivity from an ISP whose login method is to 1st connect to the wifi network and then login to its own website, after which only it allows to surf the net..

A couple days ago, there was a big storm outside my plcae and the connectivity was down for 1 day..
When the connectivity was restored, i found that the IP address generally used by my laptop was changed somehow..
To test it, i used another laptop in my house and tried to connect to the internet while already logged on from my own laptop to the ISP's website...
Since the spare laptop was connected to an IP address different than the one my laptop was using, It again threw me back to the ISP's homepage where i have to login again to surf the web...
However, when i try to login there, it gives out the error that the user id is same but the ip is different and hence i am not allowed to login in... All this while i can use net on my own laptop...

Similar is the case when i try to connect it to my iPhone...
Same thing as here also, the ip address is different than the one used in my own laptop...

I tried to renew the lease by using command prompt and it gave me a message
"No operation can be performed on Local area network/bluetooth device/ethernet while it has media connected!
I don't know what that means and i have no clue as to what to do next!
Any help would be appreciated...

If any1 needs any additional details, i would be happy to provide it!
P.S. My wifi router is of Linksys!
Also, I resetted my router using the reset button.. Didnt work..
And when i say that the ip addresses are different on 2 laptops, i mean that the 1st two are same, but the 3rd and 4th are different1
And i am unable to login to my router's wesite of 192.168.1.1

If you can login to your router, then all internal connections are working fine. By reconfigure your router I meant just switch to static.
Now the problem is getting your ISP to recognize your new ip. Open a CMD windows and run "tracert" (no apostrophes) to a common website you can normally access, such as google, facebook, twitter etc. If it ends prematurely, note the ip that it ends at. If it has a 198.168 on it, then your isp needs to reconfigure the modem.
Do you have a router + modem combo in one device? If so, the ISP may be trying to filter connections based on the internal addresses, which I have no idea why. Most ISPs won't let end users configure the connection settings beyond the router setup. Do you have an option to reset...

There seems to be an issue with DHCP. By iP address do you mean internal or external ip? Internals have 192.168 as the first digits, similar to the router's website. just google "my ip address" and it should spit out a series of numbers. If that has changed then the ISP needs to fix that. If it's a problem with the internal ip address then you need to reconfigure your router. Are you sure the address of the homepage is right?

You are right on! the issue is of DHCP! and yes the homepage is right as once I put in my Static internal IP address which i used to put before all this, the homepage of my router showed up, but i lost all other internet connectivity!
So can you help me reconfigure the router?

Yes even my ISP would not allow me to configure it myself, but the ISP is stupid enough to leave the default password on for the UBNT BULLET it had installed in my house...
And once i started facing problems, i did not like waiting around for technicians to come to my house and fix it..
So when they do came, i learnt from them how to configure the basic stuuf, like changing the nodes to which the isp connects to get the signal, rebooting the machine, etc..

However there were other settings which got resetted to default which i didnt know how to configure...
And since i could login in from 1 laptop, they refused to acknowledge the problem..
However i reached out to a frnd of mine who has the same ISP and asked him to send me snapshots of his settings from the ISP website...
Turns out just a few clicks and bam problem solved...
The problem was that the BULLET was resetted to default due to which it was set to provide connectivity not to a router, but to an ethernet port which resulted in different ip addresses...
As soon as i switched it back, my connectivity was up and running...

Seeing which my ISP acknowledged its mistake and called me instantly apologizing and asking if i needed a technician anymore..

EDIT: I am just gonna pick your previous reply as the solution so as to close the thread!
