mobo-CPU combo for $120?

I know it's a very low budget but i only play LOL, DN, COD(low settings), and other bunch of offline games. Someone recommended gigabyte f2a55m socket fm2 + amd fm2 processor. Are these good? I already have radeon 4670 GPU but since the fm2 processor includes radeon 6000 series, my 4670 will not be needed. or what? does the GPU in APU perform just like ordinary video cards? why are they cheap? i bought my 4670 for around $50 and the fm2 processor now costs only $60

any other mobo-cpu combo?

NO, that is a very bad experience. I recommend getting a Athlon II x4 750k or 740, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-ad740xokhjbox

and save for a cheap gpu like the 7750.

Or get a10-5800k and same mobo for 155.

I know its a bit over budget but the performance increase is so worth it. You can play the games at decent settings. Either one of those 2 will MAX LoL and 1080p 60fps. Not sure bout other games but its worth it.
