Hello everyone!

I'm looking into replacing my Siberia V2 headset (cords become perjmanently twisted like crazy over the last few years, still works but Ive had to apply tape over the whole thing to help keep it sort of straight) and I was looking into the G930 headset. Ive read mixed reviews with some saying the battery goes pretty fast (also wondering if its true that you can plug them in through wire through the USB charging port). Im looking for a wireless headset since I've had headaches with cords and headsets in the past and was wondering if the G930 is worth getting? If not what a good alternative?

Thanks for your help!

The G930 is attractive because it has a lot of really high end marketing bullet points at fantastic price point. The problem is that you are going to have some problems with Logitech's drivers unless you get very lucky and will probably have to plug it in for use over the course of a long session.

Unless you need it tomorrow, my honest advice is to budget a bit more money or save a bit longer and step up to the Astro A50's.

With the G930's you might love them, you might not, but you'll be locked in for a while. The A50's are the best wireless set on the market and you will never want to use anything else again. With something that you use often and for long periods of time, it's worth buying quality.
