i am experiencing some frequent hangs and freezing problems in my pc.
steps i have taken for this--->
1)removed 1 of the ram(2gb) from the slot,but it did'nt worked.
2)gpu fan is not spinning at all but it is giving me the display(idk how?).and also temps are good around 51c idle and 82 on load(battlefield 4)
3)scanned hdd for bad sectors,ranned chkdsk utilities,but no error.
what do u think he problem is. pls help,these freezes are making me go insane.
specs->
amd phenom ii x2 555,4gb ram(2 x 2gb),hd5570 and seagate 250gb hdd. pls help.
p.s. sorry for bad english or grammatical mistakes..:)  hav a nice day.

The Fan on the GPU ought to be on.....at all times... unless the rig is out in the open at the north pole, but , even then the fan ought to be working. The gpu fans are not designed to go completely off, they are designed to spin up with a rise in temps....
Don't do anything first, just get the fan on the gpu replaced or replace the entire gpu.....
Check and see if the cyclic freezing still happens.....although I have my doubts that it will continue... but it's worth the try.
