Will I be able to play BF4 and Titanfall on Ultra?

-GPU : HD7950
-RAM : Corsair Vengance 8GB
-Mobo : Asus M5A97 R2.0
-PSU : 620W Seasonic
-HDD : 1TB Seagate
-Cooler : Cm hyper 212 evo

Yes, you will be able to max them out on 1080p

Not true ultra. True ultra....max out AA and all the goodness. High for sure.

Just turn on Ultra and turn off all anti ailiasing and you should be good enough.

Those are weaker cards than what you listed in your original post. You would have to lower the settings even more. Get what you originally said if that's your budget and it will be a great system.

May I suggest you go for a R9 280X maybe from sapphire or MSI which is cheaper than the 7950 and is more powerful. If you needed you could OC your CPU.
