How much would it cost to build a comp that could stream 720-1080p?

Would it be cheaper to buy a prebuilt one from ibuypower?

Solution

By streaming you meant play games online?
I thought you wanted to stream internet.
If yes then go for this build.

Not sure for highest settings in multiplayer but it's good for high to ultra settings in most modern games (offline)

I'm pretty sure that you'll play most modern games on ultra at 720p and even probably at 1080p :)
