Help building a computer that can stream

How much would it cost to build a comp that could stream 720-1080p?

Would it be cheaper to buy a prebuilt one from ibuypower?

i5 needed for heave gaming sometimes 3d modeling/rendering, for streaming i3 is more than enough even for some heavy gaming :)
  4. Well I'm going to be streaming League of Legends, DayZ, and some other games. Could I stream at highest at 720+?

By streaming you meant play games online?
