yes your computer can handle that graphics card without a bottleneck. Only thing I don't know is the PSU, what is it?

But almost any PSU can handle that low powered card, so no matter what almost any PSU can run it.

Best solution

this GPU is not a gaming GPU, so don't expect it to do medium/high in these modern games, it'll be working on low in some cases.

A ATI Radeon HD 7770/GHz would be best value card to run medium settings decently.

The HD 5450 is the best of the two, still a low end GPU but really good for the price range. If you can get any GPU with GDDR5 memory, that would be the best option, as it is much better then DDR3.

it is compatible with your computer, that's for sure. What is your power supply?

The HD 5450 is a good GPU for the price, though it is not the best for gaming as it is fairly low end;

For comparisons between the GT 610 and HD 5450 there are a few, but it's predictable, the GT 610 does better in some, the HD 5450 does better in others, though arguably the GT 610 is the better card, but for the price, the HD 5450 is better.
