Easiest way ..
1. Get the printers wireless MAC address, normally a sticker somewhere.
2. On router, reserve a static IP against the MAC, so printer always has the same network address.
3. Switch on printer, Select the wireless connection setup option
4. Select Yes, send my wireless settings to the printer , and then click Next.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the software installation and wireless network setup for the printer.

For netgear routers you can get to the management screen by entering "routerlogin.net" (no quotes) into your web browser - this will bring you to the management window and will ask for your ID and password - If you did not set a password then the default is admin for the id and password for the password - if you did set one then enter it.
From there you should be able to find the WPK password or change it.
