asus P6t deluxe v2 ssd in Sata 4

Is it ok to connect a new 128 ssd in SATA 4. On my asus P6T deluxe V2

SATA ports 1 2 and 3 in use.

I'm going to use the SSD as a boot drive

No, It is not recommended.

I would suggest you get a PCI-E X1 adapter with SATA 6GB/s ports, that is your best, and safest option.

No, there are 6 SATA ports. I wanted to know if I could plug my SSD into SATA port 4. Sorry if I'm not clear Thx

It's 3GB/s. But I know the SSD drive will run at this speed and not 6GB/s

you can do this, yes. Why don't you save the extra cash, and get a 3Gb/s SSD?, same performance, but you'll get more SSD space.
