Use my wifi adapter and laptops wi-fi on a desktop at the same time?

This might sound a bit stupid but is it possible to use my WiFi adapter and my laptops WiFi adapter on a desktop at the same time? If possible can someone pls tell me how? THx

That depends on what you're talking about. If your laptop is using a wifi adapter that plugs in to a USB port, then maybe. Why do you want to try to use 2 different wifi adapters on the same computer? You will not get better speed from using 2. The desktop computer will only use 1 of the 2 adapters.
