That Z87-K is MUCH better than the Gigabyte, but should be a lot more too. It would be pointless to get the Z78-K if you do not plan on getting 4670K and overclocking it since that is what the Z87 boards are made for.

I would go with http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz87xud4h
it comes with a 4 year warranty, since it's a flagship mid-high end mobo made to overclock plus comes woth software which you can use to overclock CPU, RAM and even the GPU
I meant to check their stability, £91 for the Z87-k £125 for the UD4H + the value in quality komponents and keeping the mobo for future builds well worth the money. Novuake whats your opinion on the UD4H if you think it's overpriced?
Turbo is an automatic clock speed increase that Intel I5 or I7 CPUs have. This is not concidered overclocking and is done without any intervention from the user.
ONLY motherboards that have Z87 chipsets( this will usually be found in the name ) adn CPUs that have the "K" at the end can be overclocked.
