Hello guys, a month ago I have got an Powercolor AMD Radeon R9 270 series graphics card. I noticed that there is a buzzing sound in the League of Legends game. When I press Alt tab and go to desktop the sound is gone and everything seems fine. It is really really annoying and it affects my gameplay so much. I don't understand what is causing this problem. Can you help me to fix this problem?
Also, I have around 90 fps in the game. I believe thats really low because even my old graphics card (Asus GTX275) had around the same fps. I also know that many people with worse graphic cards have a lot higher fps in the game. I have the latest graphics card driver but something seems wrong. I think there is a serious problem with the game and the graphics card.

same for all other games that do the sound its because you get too many fps you have to block them
