Which Mobo is as good as the Asus M5A97?

Solution
ASRock has some decent offerings, but a few are not. Their "970DE" for example, is actually a 700-series board with a liar-label on it. Anyone's board with "960" or "980" on it is also a 700-series board.
Avoid the MSI 970A-G4x boards, as they have weak VRMs known to pop under load. A spreadsheet I use for reference is https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=2 which identifies the number of power phases and whether or not the boards are known for VRM issues.
