I have the WD N900. This one have the fast track. Should I be using that? I do PC online gaming and Xbox one gaming. Also should UPnp be enabled?

It likely does not matter a lot what you do with the fast track setting. It is a QoS thing and it can only affect the traffic you SEND. If you are exceeding your upload speed that you have purchased from your ISP it might help. The vast majority of people are exceeding their download speeds. You would need a router with much more advanced QoS to even partially solve the issue of overload of download.

UPnP used by some games. If you did not have gaming console I would recommend you disable it mostly because it is good security policy to disable anything like this that you do not use mostly just in case there is a bug that causes a exposure.
