My laptop doesn't have any button to turn on Bluetooth/ WiFi, and the function fn+f3 does not work. I tried turning on using change pc settings with no luck also. Even tried troubleshooting for an automatic fix and also no breakthrough. Please help cant connect to any wifi or even even pair with any phone through Bluetooth searching option.

I have the same problem and I do have the manual,but it doesn't explain where to find it on pc or how to turn it on. I downloaded the drive,but still can't turn it on.
