Why does my FPS go down on BF4?

Whenever I play BF4 my fps starts pretty high around 90-120 fps but after a couple of minutes it goes down, so I have wrote down the CPU usage, CPU temps, RAM usage, GPU temperatures, and the fps.

I have-
AMD FX-6300
Asus HD7870
Gigabyte 970A-DS3 Motherboard
Hitachi - 500GB HDD
Windows 8.1
8gb RAM - 1600MHz (Shows 800MHz on Task Manager)
I have used dual monitors for testing this

When My GPU is stock i get about 50-90 fps in the first few minutes, and my RAM usage is 4.8gb. After about 5 minutes my fps is about 40-70 and the RAM usage goes up to 5.2gb and after that the FPS starts going down by 5 or stays at 40-60 fps.

When my GPU is overclocked to 1195MHz GPU clock, 1300mV, 5200MHz Memory Clock, and 120% Power Target, It does the same.
Starts of 60-120 fps in the first 2 minutes with 4.5 ram usage, then at 5 minutes the fps goes down to 50-90 and the RAM usage is on 4.9gb

Does anyone know why this could be, also I got the Processor and Motherboard about 2 days ago.

PS. I did not know what Category to put this thread in :/

monitor temperatures while you play, hwmonitor and/or coretemp

edit: i'm guessing something overheats and components (either cpu or graphics) downclocks to prevent damage. easy to see once you start playing and switch to the monitor program from time to time

i have recorded the temperatures and the GPU stays around 60-70 degrees Celsius. To record my CPU temperatures I used SpeedFan 4.49 and it show the CPU is around 60 degrees Celsius but I'm not sure it shows the real temperature as I am using a stock fan with Arctic Cooling thermal paste.
