Yes, but since games VARY in how much the CPU would be a bottleneck you have a RANGE of choices.
my recommendations are:
a) Asus GTX750Ti ($155), or
b) Gigabyte R9-270X ($200)
Some factors:
a) Budget
b) Games played
c) Power Supply (must support the 6/8-pin PCIe connectors).

R9-270X:
If you decide to get a better card then a good R9-270X might be the best choice especially since MANTLE can help with limited CPU processing power. There aren't many Mantle games yet (BF4 now some in development) and BF4 has issues but it's an option you don't have to choose (It's Mantle or DirectX).

NVidia has a few options, but one you might like is SHADOWPLAY (can record/stream a game or Desktop).
