this is very subjective.... i'd say medium high.

if you just game on a 1080p, 60hz monitor... there's not much reason to upgrade anything :0

I would count it as a high-end computer.

It's at the lower end of the high-end range. You have some of the best part from a year or two ago. But remember that people in the high-end range build some redonkulous crap! That category includes i7-4960x systems with quad SLI Titan Black cards, 64 GB RAM, RAID0 SSDs, etc.

Does anyone need that much junk? Probably not, but it's a hobby for people, so they get it. The end result, though, is that you shouldn't care much if your system falls in the lower end of the high-end category. It just means your sane about your purchasing decisions and want to be able to afford toilet paper as well as computers.

I'd say lower side of high end. I did notice 1 item in your specs you may want to address, that PSU is not a good unit most(I among them) would call it garbage. It has very poor voltage regulation among other issues that are very likely to lead to other issue with the system down the road.

Don't worry, it's high-end.
Definitely high-end for gaming PC's.
