what's up guys
so i came across this really good deal on a PNY GTX 750 (only 80 euros), which i was just about to buy for 100 euros from MSI, the question is, are they a trusted brand, and if so why they are pretty cheap compared to the other

You can potentially have problems with any rebrand or OEM card.
One of my first cards was a PNY 6600gt,i had no problems with it but it was overpriced for being nothing more than a cheap aftermarket cooler and a PNY sticker.

My biggest issue with PNY was with an 8800gt. 1st card went bad(artifacts) just after the 30 day return period, so i RMA'd it took 3 days of calls and email to finally get an RMA authorization. After sending it in it took 5 weeks to get a replacement card, when I opened the box of the replacement card there were 2 capacitors broke off and just sitting in the bag. Spent a couple more days trying to get another RMA, paid for shipping back to them again. waited another month. The 3rd card wasn't even a 8800gt they sent me a 8800gs(downgrade). By this point I was rather pissed, it took me a wek of arguing to convince them that they had sent me 8800gs instead of an 8800gt. Paid return shipping a 3rd time finally got the correct working card. Sold the damn thing since i had already bought a different card during the fiasco. That's why I will never buy from them again. I have a couple friends how have had similar experiences with ram and flash drives. I realize sometimes hardware fails and shit happens but I have never had such problems with other places like Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Corsair, Crucial, Seagate, WD. The only place that came close was OCZ, their support was good but the SSD's were garbage and failed regularly.

PNY is a brand their is nothing to look for when you are choosing brands all brands are professional company and they make their cards durable, the thing you need to look for is the warranty and company advantages. I own a PNY gtx 960 and I'm happy with it, i have had 0 problems with it so far.

that post is pretty old, but since you revived it, i think i can share my experience, i ended up with the PNY card, and i'm still using it today, it is pretty reliable, and i had no problem with it, i overclock it most of the time to +200Mhz core clock and +500Mhz memory clock, and while it runs a bit hot at about 80°C , it never crashed or anything, so from my personal experience, i can say that's it was a pretty good deal
