Im building my first computer and my budget increased by $500. I was thinking about getting the GeForce GTX 780, but don't know if I need a better CPU or can I keep everything else? Get a K unlocked processor. And get a 780ti you can find them for roughly 600.

Upgrade to a 780, a 4670K and a 780. Chuck in an aftermarket cooler (like the hyper 212+) and do a small overclock and have an absolute beastly PC that will tear through nearly all games at 1080p.
