I have searched but can not find anything that helps with this issue.
I just got a new E55t-A5320 and I am trying to clone the HDD to a Samsung 840 EVO SSD. I have tried 3 different cloning programs (Samsung Data Migration, EaseUS ToDo Backup, and Apricorn Software), but none of them work. Once the program says that the SSD is done, I turn everything off and swap the drives. When I go to restart the laptop I get an error message saying
"Reboot and select proper Boot device or insert Boot Media in a selected Boot device and press a key"
This computer did not come with a WIndows 8 cd, so I can not do a fresh install from a CD. I have no clue where to go from here. TIA for the assistance.
